Our primary raw materials consist of meticulously selected hot-rolled coils obtained from top-tier vendors, following rigorous quality assessments. Within our in-house facilities, we house the finest slitting and pipe mill machineries for the production of scaffolding and related accessories. To ensure compliance with ISO standards, we operate an in-house galvanizing plant for the application of galvanized coatings on pipes and scaffolding accessories.

The manufacturing process is systematically organized into distinct sections, including Cutting, Press Shop, Welding, Surface Finishing, Final Finishing, Packaging, and Dispatch. Each section is efficiently managed by well-trained personnel, both on the shop floor and in office, to ensure the quality and precision of our operations.

Pipe Cutting Section

The pipe cutting section is outfitted with advanced cold saws and rapid cutting machines, ensuring the precise and efficient production of cut pipes. Our cutting machines deliver close-tolerance results with a high productivity rate. The cut pipes produced are free from burrs, tapers, and other irregularities, meeting strict quality standards.

Press Shop

The Press Section is furnished with various modern mechanical presses ranging from 20 to 500 metric tons in capacity. These presses play a crucial role in the manufacturing of scaffolding accessories, working in conjunction with component drawings and adhering to stringent quality control standards.

General Machine Shop

The General Machine Shop is outfitted with state-of-the-art workshop machinery, including automatic turning-cutting-threading machines, milling machines, multi-spindle drilling machines, and boring and surface grinding machines. These advanced tools serve to support various sections within the facility and the maintenance team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Tool Room

Our tool room is fortified with cutting-edge wire cutting machines and EDM machines, providing invaluable support. In addition to lathes, milling machines, and jig borings, our tool room is characterized by its major features. Our team includes qualified tool makers and machine operators dedicated to the creation and modification of toolings, as well as the development of jig-fixtures for the manufacturing of scaffolding accessories.

Welding Section

In our scaffolding welding processes, we employ the MIG and TIG welding systems, certified by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). The welding wires utilized are of the highest quality and renowned brands. All our welders are certified and qualified by ABS. In 2003, we incorporated welding robots into our scaffolding production line, enhancing both productivity and quality.

Aluminium Fabrication Section
