Quality Control

The PACT STEEL Heavy Duty Tower System finds extensive application as staging for elevated floors and occasionally serves as scaffolding in various scenarios. Robust frames, designed for heavy-duty use, are reinforced with standard bracings to create a sturdy tower system. The connection of frames is facilitated by couplers and pins, ensuring vertical alignment. Spindles located at the base allow for height and level adjustments. To enhance stability, permanent structures are strategically placed at 6-meter intervals, preventing twisting under abnormal loading conditions.

Each heavy-duty tower within the system boasts an impressive capacity of 25 MT, making it well-suited for managing substantial loads at elevated heights. Beyond scaffolding, it serves as an efficient Table Formwork solution in multi-storied constructions and can be managed as standalone units up to a height of 10m.

The Heavy Duty Basic frames are offered in heights of 0.9m, 1.2m, or 1.8m. The Heavy Duty Towers come in two plan sizes: 1525×1525 mm or 1525×2250 mm. Additionally, these robust towers can serve as scaffolding for various applications, including external finishing works, painting, cladding, and more.
